Mark is a commercial director, following a previously successful career in the music industry. Teri was also successfully involved in the music business and is now a happy song writing housewife. Both have similar interests in music and fitness, balanced by a healthy social life and love of fine wine.

Both regularly purchase music online, often in response to tailored email correspondence. Teri is interested in keeping up with the latest fashion trends, and regularly purchases new outfits through the internet and mail-order. Mark's busy lifestyle leaves him little time to manage his finances. He's recently taken advantage of a well timed sales call to purchase insurance services. Even the family dog is in on the act, after the couple purchased pet insurance following a mailer.
